This Assessment Survey will help identify opportunities to enhance water quality sustainability in the winery. Click the red button below to open the survey in a new window.
You will answer a series of questions about activities that use water in the winery. Based on your responses, you will receive high-level directional feedback in the form of a 'Priority Score' for each applicable activity area.
Your responses are auto-saved for 15 days as long as you use the same computer and the same browser application. Upon completion, your results will be emailed to you.
